This “1978 gmc custom pickup” ad mentions the ss brake lines, but doesn’t mention that it is either a crew cab with a custom super-short bed or a cut-down suburban. And the guy makes that part hard to see in the pics.
Maybe prioritize the major elements of the truck over the details? Or at least give it a passing mention...

The bed doesn’t look that short to me. The toolbox and perspective makes it look shorter than it is. I’m thinking its an 8ft box. Which makes this thing roughly 122 ft long.

Well played.

I think he’s right that it’s a cut suburban. I don’t see a seam/break between the cab and the bed.

The tool box is right up against the back of the cab area, and is over the wheel well, so the bed appears to stop just ahead of the wheel well.

I see what your saying. It almost looks like there if no break between the body and the bed

Upon further research, you are correct. The smoking gun is the seam in the back door glass. Suburbans have it, pickups do not. It’s hard to see, but I’m pretty sure there’s a seam there.

What can I say, it’s a gift!
I’m pretty sure the majority of my OPPO posts are just random joke comments thrown in and then disappear.

Maybe you should advertise your services on Craigslist.
